Today we left Atlanta, Georgia and ended up in Charleston, South Carolina. That's a fairly good haul. Of course, we did it in the comfort a Big Bus with a professional driver.
This would not be possible without the generosity of the FUMC Endowment Committee. They allowed us to use some of the funds set out for youth programs at our church to supplement the amount Spirit raised at the Spirit Renewed program. In fact, they just about made up the entire difference. That is a great savings for each of these kids and might even make the difference that allows some of them to participate.
We are very grateful to them and would like to thank them for their decision to assist us.
